JOIN ME FOR A FLORAL CAKE DECORATING WORKSHOP

We'll explore the basics of frosting a floral cake featuring swiss meringue buttercream flowers: Conceptualize the design, develop a unique color palette range and create a beautiful floral arrangement made of buttercream on your cake.

In this one-day, hands-on intensive workshop, I’ll show you how to make a smooth Swiss Meringue Buttercream but what I really want to demonstrate is how to utilize a small and/or large color palette to create realistic looking flowers. No matter your skill level, by the end of the day, you will be able to pipe flowers and leaves, and assemble them to create a floral cake in your own signature look.

Cakes will be baked ahead of time so we can focus our time on design, techniques, and decorating.
